Nurish Pro Referral Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Nurish Pro Referral Rewards Programme ("The Programme"). By participating in The Programme, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview

Nurish Pro offers a Referral Rewards Programme to thank our loyal community for spreading the word. The Programme provides incentives for existing customers ("Referrer") to invite friends or colleagues ("Referred Customer") to subscribe to Nurish Pro.

2. Eligibility

• Referrer: Must be an active subscriber, a registered user of Nurish Pro, or an authorised professional practitioner (regardless of registration status on the platform).
• Referred Customer: Must be a new customer who has never previously subscribed to or held an account with Nurish Pro.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself using a different email address or identity) are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from The Programme.

3. The "Referred Customer" Reward

Eligible Referred Customers who sign up using a valid referral link or code will receive:

• 50% Discount on their subscription fee for the first two (2) consecutive months of service.
• This discount applies automatically to the first two billing cycles and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or authorised vouchers.

4. The "Referrer" Reward

For every successful referral, the Referrer is eligible to receive:

• A €30 Gift Card (as specified by Nurish Pro at the time of issuance).
• Condition for Issuance: The reward is granted only after the Referred Customer has maintained an active, paid subscription for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months.
• Rewards will be processed and sent via email within 14 business days after the 3-month milestone is reached.

5. Successful Referral Criteria

A referral is considered "Successful" only if:

1. The Referred Customer signs up using the Referrer's unique link/code.
2. The Referred Customer completes their initial payment.
3. The Referred Customer does not cancel or receive a full refund during the first 90 days (3 months) of their subscription.

6. Limits and Restrictions

• Reward Cap: Nurish Pro reserves the right to cap the number of referral rewards per Referrer per calendar year.
• No Cash Value: Rewards (including the €30 gift card) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit against existing Nurish Pro invoices.
• Expiry: Gift cards may be subject to their own expiry dates as determined by the issuer.

7. Fraud and Abuse

Nurish Pro reserves the right to investigate participation in the Programme for any fraudulent activity. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user has manipulated the system (e.g., creating "bot" accounts or fake identities), we reserve the right to:

• Void any pending rewards.
• Terminate the user's account and participation in the Programme.

8. Termination and Changes

Nurish Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice. Any rewards pending at the time of termination will be honoured only if the eligibility criteria were met prior to the termination date.
